New books are always being researched, written, and edited by members of the Moshe Dayan Center. To speed them to publication, the Center maintains a wide range of publishing arrangements with university and commercial presses. Books have been co-published with the university presses of Columbia, Cornell, Harvard, Oxford, and Syracuse, and with the commercial presses of Frank Cass, Holmes & Meier, Lynne Rienner, Routledge, Transaction, and Westview. The Center also sponsors the most prestigious series of Hebrew books on the Middle East, in partnership with Hakibbutz Hameuhad Publishers. The Dayan Center Papers are monograph-length studies or collections, in English or Hebrew, which result from research conducted by the Center’s fellows, associates, and guests. Publications in the series have covered many contemporary and historical subjects. Recent titles include A Drive to Israel: An Egyptian Meets His Neighbors and Islam and Salvation in Palestine. The Dayan Center Papers are distributed by the Center and by Syracuse University Press. Shorter studies, in either English or Hebrew, appear in the Center's Data and Analysis series. Several studies are published annually. The series is distributed by the Moshe Dayan Center. The Center publishes outstanding presentations by guest lecturers in a biennial publication, Middle Eastern Lectures. The series first three issues are distributed by the Center and by Syracuse University Press. The fourth is available online here. |
