Yitzhak Gal got his MBA from Tel Aviv University, in 1979.
He participated and presented papers in a number of conferences and workshops, including "The Iranian Challenge” at the Eleventh Annual Herzliya Conference (February 2011) and “Israeli – Jordanian Economic Relations: 1994 – 2004” at an international conference in the University of Haifa (November 2004). Gal delivered a number of lectures on ‘The Arabian Gulf Market” at the Israel Export Institute (January and October 2010, and February 2008), and participated in various joint Israeli-Palestinian and Israeli-Palestinian-Jordanian economic research projects, including ”Future Economic Relations Between the Palestinian and Israeli Economies” (International Council of Swedish Industry and the Palestine International Business Forum, December 2007), “The Untapped Potential: Palestinian-Israeli Economic Relations – Policy Options” (The Peres Center for Peace and Paltrade-Palestine Trade Center, December 2006), and “Israeli-Jordanian-Palestinian Financial and Industrial Cooperation: Guidelines for the Promotion of a Supportive Regional Business Environment (Data-Bethlehem, ECF-Tel Aviv and Horizon-Amman, 1997).
